Benefits of the Rent-to-Rent Property Strategy

Rent-to-Rent is a real estate strategy where a company leases a property from a landlord on a long term agreement. This property is then rented out by the company to tenants, guests or clients.

Rent-to-Rent properties can offer several mutual benefits for both the investor and the landlord:

Investor Benefits

  • Lower initial investment than Buying
  • Potential for higher returns
  • No mortgage, stamp duty or property conveyancing costs
